Move Android jvmti.h headermirror-goog-studio-main
...so that it can be used when building in AOSP. Previously this file was only available under tools/vendor/google (see Change I53602847b). jvmti.h is copied from the Android runtime: http://android.googlesource.com/platform/art/+/25199ea87e/openjdkjvmti jvmti.h is originally derived from OpenJDK.
