Adding security acknowledgements
Unfortunately changing the lines to 80 characters caused the format to show up skewed, so I've reverted this, and made Clay's suggested changes. This should be the final commit. Change-Id: I8c25774858f941f56710fb77eaf4504cf27998d3 Bug: 16036675
