igt-gpu-tools: kms_plane_alpha_blend skips due to CRC
Root cause: All the subtests skips as there's no "crtc-0/crc/control"
or "crtc-0/crc/data" inside the debugfs directory in android devices.
Fix: Ignore the CRC checks.
